Zonta Club Of Parker County Luncheon

My friend Cynthia Llewellyn invited me to lunch today. The theme of the lunch was avaition related and she thought I might enjoy attending with her and her boss. The Organization is the Zonta Club and they are a group of ladies who are professionals, executives, and business owners. Their mission is to advance the status of women through service and advocacy. Most of the ladies were dressed professional and seemed to be very nice too. At our table we had some ladies who were high up in a bank and the owner of a financial planning firm. It was an interesting to see all of these professional, beautiful women in a small town like Weatherford, Texas. They were excited to see an airline pilot at this special meeting. Cynthia won a basket of smelly stuff and I was given this drawling of Amelia Earhart to put in the hangar. Cynthia and I usually are dressed in tennis attire and are trying to kick someones butt in tennis. But today we were enjoying meeting new friends and seeing a different side of each other.
